The number one practice for better mental health, in MY opinion, is Self -Care! I’m always promoting this method, and encouraging others to incorporate this into his /her daily routine.

Why is it important? This therapy strategy focuses on an individual taking care of him/herself …. Him or her  realizing that life is sacred and only within will there be healing /answers.

It’s NOT selfish…

It’s NOT some hogwash bullshit…

It’s NOT insignificant information to stuff on a shelf and forget. 

It’s important because you’re important.
