  1. I am doing or will finish this week doing my best.
  2. My best is enough; despite what others believe.
  3. I will wake my heart, mind, and soul to the messages around me.
  4. I accept me where I am; but, I’m also working on being better.
  5. I forgive myself for my flaws that’s created strife this week.
  6. I will slow down my mind and breath so I can restore myself to an inner balance and peace.
  7. I ask synchronization, God, or what form of higher being to guide my steps today.
  8. I am blessed, and I’ll feed my mind, heart, and soul with nutritional value.
