Quietly rested on a yoga mat, crossed legs easily lay in front of you.

The house/room/space is quite.

You focus your attention on your lungs: deep breath in and hold..

5…..4….3…2….1

Slowly releasing your negative energy, discouragement, and worries through a long deep exhale…

Excellent! Inhale again… slowly focusing on the pure and refreshing rise of your lungs and intake of air.

Hold

5…..4….3…2….1

Exhale again, letting go of all the tension that rests on your mind, your shoulders, neck, or anywhere else.

Keep your focus on right now. This is life, right now. You are here physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. Continue to breath.
