I’m inviting positivity energy and gratitude into my Autumn. My life is heading into another transition; and, I’m choosing how to better manage my energy! [ Inspiration stemming from Dr Andrea Dinardo’s recent post 3 Tips for Higher Energy] I’m inviting you to join me on this spiritual quest. Day 1: Someone you’re grateful for.
I am grateful for my nephew Parker! He was the baby that made me an Auntie for the first time. When he was young, I would tuck him into bed and rub his hair, until he fell asleep. I remember being in his room, helping him paint his wall. I remember being at the park, watching him play with his cousins, including my Zivah. He’ll always hold a special place in my heart.

“It is not the the bruises on the body that hurt. It is the wounds of the heart and the scars on the mind.”
