  1. Great post – I started journalling less than a year ago – now I do it twice a day as part of my morning and evening routines. The effect it has had had been profound. Reading is food for the mind – another extremely important habit – I think writing is a way of collecting your thoughts – stringing them together in unexpected ways that leads to wonderful insights – I see it as an important form of therapy. Thank for sharing 🙏

    • I’ve reblogged this post but I agree with you! I’m So happy you found something that’s worked for you, and has helped you heal. As a young adult, I wrote frequently. It was beyond therapeutic. It saved my life.
