Our realities are all different. They should & need to be. Whether or not we accept this as fact, won’t make it any less truth.

Here’s MY beliefs about such a concept, encountering the conflict, and possible solutions.

Let me know your thoughts in the comments.

Thanks for listening!

With love & light always:

  1. I agree with you! I am a very passionate person, so it’s hard for me to keep my mouth shut when it comes to topics I believe strongly about.

I have learned though, to speak clearly and from a point that shows I am not attacking. Like you tried to, but unfortunately, a lot of people still misconstrue the meaning behind our words, and will often get defensive if they feel they are being attacked. Did you attack that guy? No. Does he realize he made an error and his pride is too hurt to admit it? More than likely, which is another area of maturity. Mature people have no problems admitting when they are at fault, because they realize we are all human, it happens, to every single one of us.

And to go back to that post, regardless of whether she was abused or not is a moot point. She obviously had swelling and bruising around her eye, so if she wasn’t abused, perhaps she fell, but she fell hard enough to give herself a black eye, so unless she was making fun of herself, it is not okay to joke about! Sometimes, I really can’t stand people. Lol.

  2. First of all, I am sorry that you had to experience that kind of rudeness, Nova. I’m like you, I’m very passionate when I’m trying to get my point across and I try to be cognizant of the fact that my views may not be shared. On here, I’ve run into my fair share of bloggers who do not like what I have to say, even if what I am saying is with positive intentions. Like you said, many project their opinions because they feel you should believe the way they do. If you choose to think for yourself and stand up for what you believe in, they consider that some type of crime and they attack you for it, sometimes viciously. I don’t remember people being so against having a difference of opinion when I was younger. Today, it seems like you can’t have your own thoughts and views. There’s a political correctness that seems to be destroying our right to express ourselves. I honestly hate it, but please know that from my point of view, you did nothing wrong. The problem lies with the guy who told you to chill out. Apparently, you said something that made him see something about himself that he did not like. At least that’s how it appears to me. I hope you are well, my friend.

    1. I too believe what you said; my words made him have a distaste about himself.
I can’t apologize for being who I am, thus creating uncomfortable moments when one has no choice but to check oneself.
Thank You for your endless support and love! Stay healthy and keep safe💕We are all well here.
