I need your help

I can’t post any blogs to Facebook or IG!

I want to switch to a .com and hopefully fix this!

How do I not lose all my content and followers? How can I fix this on social media without having to switch domains??

I’m So frustrated.

      1. Looks like an automatic response to your link. I bet Facebook doesn’t know what your blog is about. I suggest emailing FaceBook support and tell them about the issue and your blog content. Looks like you are posting correct but they are preventing it from completing.
Id try talking to them before I buy a domain name or lose followers.

        1. I can’t find the stupid place to submit a Facebook ticket for help. It’s garbage is so frustrating.

      2. Facebook has 2 billion accounts. This is why there is no direct way to contact them with an issue. They rely on the community forum for non billing issues. Take a breath and try this:

        Log into your account
        click on account/info
click on Help and Support. ( If you have a way to get to help and support faster, you can do it )
        click on Help Community
You will see a list of frequently ask questions. look for a tab or box towards the right thats says – ASK A QUESTION
click on that and choose the topic: SHARING AND CONNECTING
click on sub topic: I’M BLOCKED
Type in your question: LINK NOT ALLOWED, BUT CONTENT IS ACCEPTABLE IN THE COMMUNITY. I THINK YOU MADE A MISTAKE. PLEASE ADVISE/HELP.

        Click next.

That is as far as I got without creating a complaint. You can finish and send it.
Give a try. Im sure they will respond one way or another.

Maybe someone with experience will read this and provide more help.

        1. Thank you! I appreciate your efforts. I’ve sent a copy of mybURL in some pathway or another … I don’t know how.

  1. You should be able to link your FB account to WordPress (Tools–Marketing–Connections); if you have a FB public page, that’s where I share posts. With .com, well, you can purchase a domain name from WordPress so that way the site stays the same but the URL is different. Otherwise, there should be an option for exporting information (appears to be under Tools as well).

  2. You can buy a domain pretty cheaply through GoDaddy. Then you can have your current blog address point to it. No one has to change their bookmarks for your site.
