💡Whatever you hold in your mind will tend to occur in your life 💡If you continue to believe as you have always believed, you will continue to act as you have always acted. If you continue to act as you have always acted, you will continue to get what you have always gotten. If you want different results in your life, all you have to do is change your mind. . By doing things differently, you get different results, because if you do the same thing the same way, you will get the same results. No doubt, making a change can sometimes be hard, because it’s much easier to stay in our comfort zone, to imagine what it would be like if..hoping..expecting..and eventually you find that so much time has passed and absolutely no change has taken place. I found out that the thoughts I think right after waking up somehow shape or create my whole day. Since the beginning of this year, I have come up with an idea to wake up energetic, be productive, and do a lot of work, but also to have free time for myself. And obviously it works! 🙏 . The whole process actually begins the day before, the moment before falling asleep, when I plan and visualize my next day. I literally fall asleep with the thought of waking up excited and energetic. Also, I feel really good before falling asleep, especially when I try to look back at my day, and praise or compliment myself for what I have done in a single day. 📈 . Sometimes it happens that you wake up with dark thoughts, dress your shirt upside down or broke everything you touch, however, even if you did not do that much work or did not feel like in your own skin, praise yourself. There is always a reason. Give yourself a compliment.
