Celebrating Sobriety in September

I came across a blog post that identified September 14th as National Sober Day! I wanted to craft this post because I know a few of my followers are walking this life. I want to give each of them special love because alcoholism is a toxic waste of time, love, money, and life. Not only have these INCREDIBLE individuals chosen to stop the insanity cycle, but they continue to choose it EVERY SINGLE DAY. They understand that they must choose to be sober every day… Or alcohol will choose them.

You know who you are… And I’m so incredibly proud of you!! I’m here to walk with you and talk with you… So you don’t pick up that bottle… So you don’t fall into the trap of addiction. You’re incredibly strong and deserve a happy and healthy version of you!! I hope you ALWAYS remember that.

National Recovery Month 2019 30th Anniversary.

September is also National Recovery Month, evolved from substance abuse recovery. You can check out their website HERE!

If you know someone in sobriety, please take a minute and tell him or her how proud you if him/her!! I’m certain it would make a difference in their life and the kindness will wripple. They’re walking a tough tough road. They deserve the recognition of their accomplishments.

Namasté 🙏🏼
