Invisible illness

Falling,

Escalating anxiety,

Faster, faster and faster.

Sweating,

Heart racing,

Faster, faster, and faster.

Tingling,

Hyperventilating,

Faster, faster, and faster.

Gasping,

Panic attacking,

Unexpectedly.

  1. I was diagnosed with OCD a few years ago; I’m still learning how to cope with the anxiety that comes along with it. So definitely love this & can relate; thanks for being awesome enough to share with the rest of us.
