It’s been said, and I’ll say it again, how we handle situations in life defines us. Our behaviors speak for us, about any and all situations we encounter. First thing on a Friday, you come to work and there’s donuts in the staff lounge. You’re excited and bubbly, grateful to have a bite of anything since you were running late.
It’s easy for us to behave in a positive manner when we’re in such situations. Those of us with mental health conditions sometimes better handle anxiety, too. What about those times, when we’re confronted with conflict contrived by another individual? Or a discussion leads to another becoming offended.
Here are a few healthy tips to guide you should you come across a Rude Randy or Ridiculous Ruby:)

“There are two questions you must ask yourself: The first is 'Where am I going?' and the second is 'Who will go with me?' If you ever get these questions in the wrong order you are in trouble.” ― Sam Keen
Promoting positive minds and good well-being for anyone with Asperger Syndrome.
Enjoying Motherhood and Making Boss Moves
"Art can permeate the very deepest part of us, where no words exist.” ― Eileen Miller
“Beware those men, the jokers and the tricksters and the clowns. They will laugh us into hell.”
