#12. A need I can meet

I can meet all of my daughters’ basic needs: food, clothing, cleanliness, sleep, shelter, safety, warmth, emotional support, academic recourses, and love.

For myself, I too can meet the basic needs. These are humbling and gratifying when I remember being without.

Easier to say what I can’t meet the needs of. I couldn’t meet the needs to become a schoolteacher

Well, you’re not obligated to say. I hope you’ve found fulfillment elsewhere.

She recommended me to appear in a film a friend of her partner was making after seeing me on stage a few years after I left school
